Lettuce Financial
Lettuce is an automated financial services platform designed for freelancers, streamlining tax strategy, banking, and bookkeeping. Leveraging AI-driven real-time financial insights, it helps users run their business operations with ease and keep more of their hard earned money with tax strategies. I joined at the ideation stage, guiding the company from concept to launch in 3 months and then to a Series A in 6 months post-launch. My contributions spanned three key phases: launching the MVP, driving growth, and integrating AI to enhance the platform’s intelligence.
I co-founded a company focused on creating a new approach for candidates to “test-drive” roles through bite-sized, day-in-the-life simulations before applying. I led the prototyping, validation, development, and launch of a SaaS web app that reduced time-to-hire by 7 weeks. We also established strategic partnerships with over 20 companies, serving thousands of job seekers.
Service design project aimed at identifying opportunity areas and inefficiencies during the care provider experience journey. This work was spearheaded by the executive team and focused on delivering reduction in provider attrition and time to onboard/train. I collaborated across numerous departments and roles to paint the problem across the organization. This blueprint identified key opportunities by impact across it's tech stack, CX, CS, product, Biz ops, and more.
I collaborated with Aclima, a climate tech company, to launch a groundbreaking methane detection product. My role involved materializing and defining an innovative way of visualizing methane pollution.
Over a two week design sprint, I collaborated with founders to prototype a new marketplace aimed at connecting consumers with a diverse selection of environmentally friendly home improvement options as well as easily access federal rebates. Through a series of quick design sprints, I helped them materialize their concept and refine their market approach.
Collaborated across department and executive stakeholders to develop strategies and concepts to expand core audience. Particularly leveraging the success of "The Daily" podcast.
Spearheaded the re-design of mental health care delivery platform informed by UXR of therapists and coaches to drive better health outcomes and improve usability.
Designed and prototyped new concepts and services adjacent to Spotify’s core product. These concepts were informed by user insights uncovered via HCD research and growth-focused business cases.
Designed and launched a Career Pivot Canvas that helped job seekers get clear about where they were headed next. This solution was prototyped with our community 4k job seekers.
